Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for BU’s from induction of the new joiners to employee separation. • Actively ensure employee engagement with the management through forums such as town halls, skip-level meetings and one-to-one connects with employees and managers. • Regularly updated the business owners with industry happenings, attritions risk and any other factor that could impact them.• Managing the day-to-day HR operations within the areas of Benefits, Payroll, Leave management. • Maintaining and updating HRIS, Headcount Reports, Attrition Reports etc. • Key member of the HR Audit. Responsible for handling queries on internal & external HR audit. • Co-ordinating training /induction programme for employees.• Organizing Leadership training.• Exposure to merger and acquisition activities.
