Specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, and dispute resolution within the construction sector, my work extends to integrating these principles into sports management.As a Board Member at the Contractors Registration Board, I leverage strategic planning skills to contribute to the governance and advancement of the industry. My commitment to fostering gender and inclusion in sports is reflected in my ongoing research areas, which also encompass human resources, marketing, sponsorship, and event management.
