Coming with 9+ years of Program Coordination and Management experience in technical and non-technical fields and with overall 30+ years of experience, including 6+ years of overseas experience in Sydney, Australia, managed projects end-to-end, initiated, coordinated and communicated across groups effectively to provide on-time, within budget, high quality deliverables that met business expectations in alignment with the organization's goals. As a hands-on practitioner, I have brought in best practices for projects involving cross-functional teams, always ensuring a steady focus on business deliverables. I am adaptable and a quick learner, and have used these qualities to deliver targets unsupervised and within timelines. I have received, on numerous occasions, appreciations for my creativity, communication ability and user support.With a passion towards giving back to the society, I am currently associated with few of the NGOs and working towards managing their projects right from inception to delivery. Playing a key role in motivating youths towards community service by engaging them through internships. Playing a key role in interacting at the government school levels for establishing Digital Literacy and aiding girl child education. Computer labs are set up successfully at 5 different schools and ensuring the smooth run of Digital education for the past 6 years. Wearing an additional hat as a career counsellor, mentoring and counselling young adults who are in their 10th, 11th and 12th and hand holding them by providing end to end career counselling for their smooth transition towards their graduation which suits their aptitude, personality and interest. As part of the project ‘Dreams Unlimited’ – a bridge for the underprivileged girls to enter the workforce, I currently manage the programs at Universities/Colleges focussing on graduating students.
