I come with varied experience starting from transaction processing to Transaction Tax project management and Tax IT, in my 15 years of career I have been fortunate to get started in Accounts Payables which gave me a strong understanding of accounting and help me get started with my SAP learning journey. I found Transaction Tax an interesting area during my AP days and continued to pursue this path, In my role as Transaction Tax Analyst, I have delivered several projects which include Tax Rate changes, Merger and integration projects, ERP upgrade projects, and most important was SAP Integration with External Tax Engine. In my current role, I am working as a Transaction Tax systems lead focused on providing Tax solutions for various simple to complex tax requirements through various ERP solutions. With the smallest to most complex projects I supported, I could gain a strong understanding of various Accounts Payables, Receivable and Inter Company flows, Accounting impact, and a clear understanding of financial and physical flows in an End to end transaction Processing. I consider every problem as an opportunity and have managed the most complex escalations which have always turned out to be positive outcomes. Right now working on Company-wide implementation of SAP S4 Hana with Simple Finance, a Single ERP solution.I believe even the slightest positive influence has the potential to change someone’s life and that’s why I believe in mentoring and sharing my knowledge with my colleagues. I have been appreciated by many of my senior managers for my positive attitude and problem-solving techniques.
