Responsibility for the achievement of Contractual and internal KPI’s.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team of 30 warehouse staff and asst area supervisors. Maintain a culture that develops a two way feedback and ensure communication takes place on a regular basis and at all levels. Prepare weekly/monthly statistic reports and report to line manager. Coordinate with the concern departments in order to manage Shipments and Receiving schedules, staff shifts scheduling, ensuring equipment levels are safely and properly maintained.  Supervise and provide guidance and support to teammates to ensure proper packaging of materials, Identify and investigate problems and provide solutions. Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions. Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations. Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of enterprise practices.
