• To build and maintain professional relationships and effectively communicate with customers/partners as well as internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Service Providers, Sales Team). • To manage the order handling process from reception of the order to the delivery and/or payment collection, including a strong focus on proactive order book management. • To plan and arrange sea and air shipments from European warehouses in Belgium and Germany for some of the biggest cement companies in Saudia Arabia (Al Jouf Cement and Qassim Cement). • To safeguard the fulfillment of customer delivery requirements, whilst selecting the most costeffective supply option, by continuous follow-up of schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments, service deliveries, logistic cost, etc. • To manage post-sales activities (claims, returns, etc.) and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions. • To Arrange Letter of credit with Nordea Bank in Sweden. • Proficiency in reading letters of credit. • To handle the payment collection process acting on goods transit, over dues, payment conditions, credit limits etc. contributing to a positive cash flow. • To continuously contribute to the improvement of existing and development of new processes. • Work with the customer service manager to solve customer’s & distributor’s queries regarding product quality, distributor’s performance, shipment & order tracking of products, pricing, and discounts. • Work in close coordination with some of the biggest logistics companies (DHL, DSV, Keunhe & Nagel, Logwin).
