Responsible for Revenue Assurance & Compliance of Key Accounts, Centralized Billing Mechanism (CBM) and Net Metering by applying procedures as per compliance framework to identify, investigate and report risks, policies deviations, regulatory non-compliance, control weakness and revenue leakages. Ensuring timely resolution of identified errors and discrepancies, along with the formulating system based (SAP) controls to minimize risk, improve efficiency and safeguard company’s values.Reporting & Analysis:• Review processes/controls related to key account consumers, highlighting any deviation from policies/procedures and regulation.• Perform billing analysis which encompasses target testing of billing transaction on pre-defined criteria.• Prepare monthly/quarterly discrepancy report and share with Departmental Head.• Prioritize issues and communicate accordingly to relevant stakeholders depending upon the significance of risk involved.• Follow up for the resolution of discrepancies highlighted.• Resolution of non-conformities highlighted by Internal Audit, if any.Internal Controls and Process Improvements:• Conduct brainstorming sessions in order to mitigate identified key risk areas by suggesting controls through system and required amendments in policies/SOPs.• Perform quantum analysis & forecast impact of changes• Perform special task assigned to bring efficiency in the process and build control keeping compliance SOPs in consideration.Stakeholder Management:• Timely coordination with Key Accounts, Net-Metering, Cluster teams, IT, regulatory & other stakeholders and ensure resolution of issues.• Strong follow-up with departmental heads.• Provides guidance to Cluster teams as and when required.

− Conduct daily monitoring of the company's bank position and perform meticulous bank reconciliations.− Play a pivotal role in reviewing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.− Demonstrate unwavering commitment to upholding policies and procedures in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform pre-audits on all Goods Received Notes (GRNs) supported by comprehensive documentation from the procurement department.− Thoroughly conduct pre and post audits on statutory expenses, local freight, and rock salt payments.− Prepare detailed variance reports comparing Budgeted Costs against Actual Costs for different departments.− Review and verify vendor payment details during the post-audit process, adhering rigorously to departmental guidelines.− Execute monthly reconciliations of both vendor and customer ledgers.− Oversee the aging of vendor accounts and receivables, effectively managing settlements in accordance with agreed credit terms and efficiently addressing overdue balances.− Demonstrate expertise in accurately calculating VAT returns in Pakistan.− Skillfully handle any concerns or issues arising from vendors, specifically those related to payment disbursement
