In my 18 years of IT career, I have been working in different information technology domains with various technology stacks. I have been leading and managing IT Services, MIS, ERP, IT infrastructure, IT Support and Digital Transformation resources.As IT & MIS and Digital Transformation Head, I have been responsible for ensuring that the organization's technology infrastructure is reliable and secure and that it meets the needs of the business. This includes conducting routine evaluations of network and data security, locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems, addressed audit and compliance requirements , managed business continuity and disaster recovery plans, creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best IT services and governance standards, development of new databases, applications and apps, creating workshops and training programs for staff, performing routine system audits, running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top management, organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages, managing and reporting on the IT budget’s allocation, advising the IT staff, looking for opportunities to train and build teamwork skills, and also work closely with other departments to understand their needs and to develop solutions that meet those needs. Furthermore, I have been responsible for leading an organization's efforts to adopt new digital technologies and reengineering processes to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and gain a competitive advantage.In addition to the technical aspects, I am a dynamic professional with passion, creativity, courage and vision and i would like to work in a competitive and challenging environment where i can use my skills and knowledge for organizational and personal growth.
