*Checking insurance information (Eligibility)*Performing data entry tasks*Liaise directly with insurance companies to gain approval for proposed medical services*Work with patients to help them understand their insurance coverage and answer any related queries they might have.*Keep detailed records of all interactions with patients and insurance companies.*Answering phones to respond to all inquiries made by patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities.*Working on insurance Portals – NAPHIES*Re-scheduling patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification to patients.*Screening and routing patient calls to other departments efficiently, insuring accurate registration, appointment scheduling and follow-up appointment scheduling in database.*Taking clear and accurate messages on behalf of other departments.*Responding to patient’s questions and needs by editing, canceling and re-scheduling appointment as necessary according to clinic protocols.*Creating testing orders for patients and faxing or mailing as per patient request.*Other duties as assigned.

*Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.*Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.*Completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.*Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.*Help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.*Information of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing servicesMeet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate dealsCommunicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of propertyOversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contractsCoordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment receivedOversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing dealsMonitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering dealMaintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospectsParticipate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
