Setting up a credible model of assessment development for Vocational and Corporate houses, lateral entry and skill gap analysis with focus on quality, productivity and cost optimization (in house-outsource model)- Instrumental in on-boarding prospective clients for both corporate houses and government bodies by providing appropriate assessment solutions- Providing assessment solutions including assessment processes, assessor on-boarding, and quality assurance of assessments in the vocational segment comprising Prime Minister National Skill & Certification Scheme, Star Scheme, and state skill development missions- Structuring and rolling out of competency-based assessment delivery models that consists of competency mapping, preparing assessments based on the competencies and proficiency levels for Vocational, Corporate houses, and educational institutions- Delivered 60,000+ test items for more than 300 job roles across levels ranging from entry profile to Subject Matter Experts and senior professionals with 15 and above years of experience, for more than 22 sectors including IT/ITES, Telecom, Electronics, Automotive, Healthcare and pharmaceuticals, accounting and finance, tourism, Beauty and wellness, Retail and Agriculture.- Consolidation of vertical-wise assessment development teams into a single team- Set up a huge database of Subject Matter Experts from the industry / Vendor / instructional designers across diverse sectors- Incorporated internationally accepted assessments standards and practices into the system – thereby gaining competitive business advantage
