Campaign Management• Campaign creations in Marketo and SFDC, tracking the cost and opportunities and deriving the return on investment. • Working in collaboration with the Product Marketing team to determine the business objectives, the messaging, product, budget constraints, campaign stakeholders and target audience, ensuring all of this information is captured in the campaign briefing document. • Work in partnership with internal resources to create contents for various marketing campaigns which includes brochures, articles, point of views, white papers, case studies and branding design.• Create new campaign records in SalesForce.com / Marketo according to agreed campaign hierarchy and standards. Loading and associating the relevant contact records into the campaigns sourced by the Data Stewards and as directed by the Product Marketing Managers. • Maintaining campaign calendar to provide full transparency of marketing activity and ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met. Campaigns include tradeshows, webinars, Nurture Streams, events, outbound content, inbound web-lead, telemarketing and sales led campaigns. • Understanding the profile of the target audience and working with the Data Stewards to pull and analyse the database. Working in collaboration with the Data Stewards to instigate data base build projects in support of campaign activities. Maintain active statuses on campaigns and ensure Data Stewards are aware for task and lead assignments.

This team is a part of Quality which involves in monitoring the recordings for the Representativesbased in United States, Canada, and Philippines.
