I joined Systems Limited as a UX designer right after my graduation from GIKI in 2021. It was the first time i was introduced to the world of UX design. I've worked on different Fintech applications and web based CRM systems till date.My Design Process : Although every project is different and requires different strategies, I like to start by understanding business needs and goals they need to achieve from the project. This usually includes a brief interview with stakeholders and understanding their business and expectations.Then I start doing competitor research in which i evaluate their competition in market, understand their best features and do affinity mapping.After that I get started on qualitative and quantitative research.Qualitative research included doing user interviews in which i understand user behavior, their pain points and their goals. I then verify the insights from qualitative research by doing an extensive survey in which i do need verification and understand the target audience.The next part is to make user personas and empathizing with them by making empathy maps. Then i make journey maps and prioritize the feature set by making a prioritization matrix.After that i draw wireframes and verify them with users and incorporate their feedback. After that i start working on design system and make high res mockupsThe final step is to make a clickable prototype and do user testing and incorporate feedback.Some of these processes are iterative but that depends on the project.Although i do UI design, my main focus area is User experience.
