• Manaing PO and NON_PO invoices in AX Dynamics. • Validating invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, ensuring accuracy in daily AR invoice processing. • Extracting and organizing aging reports for analysis. • Collaborating with the Team Leader and team members to complete tasks effectively. • Generating, sending, and tracking invoices sent to customers. • Indexing and posting invoices daily while maintaining high accuracy. • Proactively resolving discrepancy invoices and addressing client queries within the specified TAT (Turnaround Time). • Identifying and rectifying billing errors promptly. • Creating invoices for various purposes: pre-bills, management fees, service fees, and rebates. • Managing transaction adjustments efficiently. • Processing vendor invoices within AX and handling vendor uploads in SAP Ariba and other portals. • Establishing customer setups and creating new project contracts. • Ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, including billing and banking reconciliation. • Providing necessary supporting documentation (OOP backups or receipts) for invoices. • Managing transfers. • Directly engaging with onshore clients to handle daily task
