- Manage strategic projects and initiatives as a member of the Operations Unit, from conceptualization to execution.- Lead design and implementation of Ennovent’s operational systems at all levels.- Oversee the logistical coordination of internal and external events, meetings, travel, accommodations, retreats, and other engagements as required- Oversee the maintenance and deployment (if any) of Ennovent’s existing Information Technology tools including the Ennovent website, online file structure, CRM, and other management tools.- Manage the recruitment of team members including the development of job descriptions, sourcing, screening, technical interviews, negotiation, and closure.- Lead the organisation’s approach to performance management administering cyclical performance and appraisal processes.- Manage the development of effective policies, processes, and systems to ensure a robust approach to HR.- Engage with local vendors, where required, to ensure the provision of quality service.

- Generalist Operations, Basic HR Operations, Recruitment, Induction, Appraisal Management and Relationship Management.- Manage Operations functions pertaining to administrative support to all business units, logistics coordination for internal and external events, maintenance of IT systems, and Vendor Management.- Manage HR functions pertaining to part-time and full-time employees, pre-employment processes and employee onboarding.- Support project managers with Operational requirements as well as project execution on an as-needed basis.
