*Track and update the quantities of raw materials in both the stock register and Excel. Work with the procurement team to ensure timely orders based on lead times*Create and maintain moulding logs for FRP boat production. Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and IRS surveys*Assist the procurement team in purchasing materials and handle collections from various courier services*Oversee yard operations in the absence of the yard manager, including managing labour and keeping attendance records*Supervise the production processes for FRP and steel to ensure quality standards are met*Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by addressing any potential hazards and maintaining equipment. *Prepare daily reports on yard activities, material usage, and production progress*Maintain records of procured items, usage, remaining stock, and reorder schedules based on production needs*Keep an accurate log of all expenses related to yard operations*Organize and maintain important documents, including Test Certificates, Calibration Certificates, and Type Approval Certificates for materials used in production* Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of yard instruments to support production quality and safety
