Hi myself Suman Dhar. Born & grown up in Nagaland Kohima Town. I did my Schooling & Graduation in Bachelor of commerce in Accounting & finance from Nagaland university.i have 10 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking with expertise in Customer Service and complaint resolution, sales and marketing, cross selling, compliances and operations. work in different desk in retail Branch banking having exposure in asset business and liability business. currently I am working as Branch Head for Bandhan Bank Ltd where my job responsibilities is Team Management, growing Book Size , Managing Branch. pervious experience is I have work as a personal banker authoriser for HDFC Bank Ltd for 2 years and 7 years for Axis Bank Ltd where my last role was Branch Operations Head. During My last 10 years , I have been rewarded with multiple rewards and recognition awards and appreciation.
