Key role : o Processing of commercial/wholesale credit proposals of existing and new clients. The same includes analysis of financial statements, credit rating, stock statements ,stock audit report, valuation reports, adequacy of insurance and securities market inquiry etco Reviews/renewal of credit facilities and various other requests of borrowal account.o Compliance of various audit querieso Handling account operationso Conducting unit inspection and verification of books of accounts and securitieso Preparation of quarterly monitoring reportso Preparation of note on SME activity for the consideration of Chairman.

Strategized, Designed and Executed: Various functional strategies and activities for setting up of the Cell right from its inception. Key role : o Monitoring of entire Bank’s portfolio with special focus on The Reserve Bank of India guidelines on “Framework for Revitalizing Distressed Assets in the Economy”.o Identification and continuous monitoring of SMA’s, NPA’s, restructured & CDR accounts.o Provisioning of restructured assets.o Preparation of monthly Note for reporting the overdue position to the Board of Directors.o Quarterly Sector wise SMA working and CDR reporting to Board Of Directorso Formulating annual SMA Policy (F.Y 14-15 & 15-16) of the Bank.o Staying abreast with all the RBI Circulars & notifications and channelizing the same as a modus operandi for monitoring.o Vetting of credit proposals and giving suitable recommendations & course of actions.o Visiting Industrial Units o Holding discussions with borrowers.o Attending consortium & CDR meetings

 Key role : o Vetting of entire Banks corporate credit proposal with exposure above Rs 1 Crore from risk, legal, financial and industrial angel. In depth analysis of credit rating based on internal credit rating model, financial statements, key ratios and business performance.o Stringent Monitoring of overdues on monthly basis along with regular follow up to arrest Asset Quality Deterioration. o Monitoring of Corporate Debt Restructure Accounts (CDR) with respect to periodic reporting, complianceso Appraisal and monitoring of High Risk Borrower as per RBI requirement - Special Mention Accounts (SMA)  Projects : Reported to the Board of Directors.o Industry Outlook.o Exercise on study of credit rating down gradation for entire commercial exposure. Got an opportunity to make a group presentation before the Board of Directors on Cost strategies under the guidance of executives.
