•Earthquake Resistance Building Design, Cost Estimate & Supervision: - Architectural drawings and structural design of number of earthquake resistant building and supervision of those buildings during construction work.•Surveying: - Making topographical map, master Plan, Field measurement, Detailed survey, design and cost estimate of road with design Software (SW_Roads_2006 and SW_DTM_2006).•Bank Valuation: - Property (fixed and current) valuation for mortgage, bank loan and student visa •Managerial role-Management of all sort of projects, participate in decision making process as a board member.

• Finding of Infrastructure Development programme within the municipality and prepare annual work plan of municipality.• Survey, Design and cost estimate of projects of municipality approved by municipality council.• Technical backstopping & Facilitate on Annual Procurement plan of municipality to the Executative officer.• Implement the Quality control mechanism on every infrastructure work.• Mobilize the human resources on municipality projects.• Monitor and evaluate each and every projects of municipality & report to the municipality.• Facilitate and implement on Municipality Transport Management Plan.• Facilitate on Implementation of Building Code & Building Specification within municipality.• Technical back stopping on implementation of Building Code & Building Specification to the construction worker and labour.• Facilitate and Orientatation on Earthquake resistance building within municipality.• Implement & Facilitate Land Development Programme and Land Pooling on specified area of municipality.• Capacity Building of Sub-engineer & other technical staff within municipality.• Facilitate on Disaster Management & Risk Reduction programme within municipality.• Schedule & implement programme to the user committee of projects of municipality.

Government of Nepal / Ministry of Federal Affair and Local Development / District Development Committee / Local Governance and Community Development Programme (LGCDP),Bharatpur, Chitwan.District Facilitator. •Assisting District Development Committee to carry out Participatory Planning Process by consulting with concerned programme officer.•Technical assistance to the DDC Board for prioritization of projects so as to ensure optimum utilization of the limited means and resources.•Carry out capacity development activities of users committees, DDC officials, line agencies , community organization and local NGOs Under the overall guidance of Local Development Officer and Planning Monitoring and Administrative officer .•Assisting office of District Development Committee to prepare annual work plan for the implementation of the activities funded by DDC especially LGCDP Projects.•Assisting DDC and VDCs to Prepare Monitoring & Evaluation Plan, timely inform concerned authorities to correct the misappropriations, mistakes and weakness if found.•Compile the Information from VDCs, Municipalities and DDC, prepare monthly, trimester and annual progress, and submit to LGCDP, Project Co-ordination Unit (PCU) regularly through cluster Coordination Unit (CCU).•Assisting DDC in managing the Local Governance and Accountability Facility.•Assisting the DDC and VDCs to Prepare the Capacity Development Plan and mapping out Capacity Development service.•Assisting the DDC and VDCs to Conduct Social Mobilization Activities and developing Social Mobilization service Provider map.•Prepare Project Funding Matrix (PFM) for LGCDP and submitting to Programme Co-ordination Unit (PCU).•Assisting DDC to carry out assessment of Minimum Conditions of VDCs and providing DDC technical backstopping on meeting the Minimum Conditions and Performance Measures.
