Business Development Manager
- Managing the entire retail sales operation of Barakat Products which includes all major retailers of UAE i.e. Carrefour, Spinneys, Lulu, Aswaaq, RAK National Market, Al Maya, Choithrams, etc.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Managing and supervising overall Retail sales operation of UAE.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team.
- Target allocation for team members and formulating the ways to achieve the same.
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
