My achievements include, Banking arrangement consolidation by moving from multiple banks to sole banking with competitive pricing, unsecured limits, lower cost of borrowing, Automation in banking processes, Implemented payment automation through SAP via host to host mechanism for 3 business platforms for local and foreign payments, Streamlining trade documentation through document warehousing and restructuring internal processesImprovements in hedging process by netting through EEFC accounts, internal hedging to rationalize FX net FX exposures, Implemented cash pooling for consolidation of cash balances, minimize borrowings, Responsible for insurance cover for the company’s assets, liabilities, transit of goods, Responsible for efficient monitoring of liquidity and ensuring adequate working capital lines with banks
