Mr. Suman's vision is to provide quality education through advanced teaching aids enabled by technology to students across the world. After spending a considerable time learning about new-age education tools by visiting companies across India and Singapore, he wanted to make a difference in the learning experience for students in India. Mr. Suman joined the organization in 2009 as the head of content and technology and played a crucial role in transforming the company's offerings which lead to the creation of the product OAKS (Online Adaptive Knowledge System), a technology based academic solution for students and teachers aimed to provide conceptual knowledge. He was instrumental in creating the OAKS Score or the readiness of a child that is derived from a set of algorithms designed to understand every child’s unique abilities thereby making a customized path of learning best suited to their learning needs. Under his leadership, the company transformed into a leading digital EduTech company serving over 300K students across 1000+ schools in India with over 52,000 active users on the app and 100K practices daily. He also spearheaded the company to foray into international markets, having the credit of winning country wide deployment in major UEA markets.Mr. Suman holds an MS degree in Pervasive Computing from University of West Virginia.
