• Responsible for handling Heavy Machines such as warehouse equipment, Diesel, LPG and Electric Forklifts, Aerial work Platforms for industries such as Upstream and Downstream petroleum, Fabrication Industries, FMCG, etc.• Planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call and visit existing and potential clients.• Monitoring Competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing strategies, etc.• Consulting with Manufacturing companies who may require machines with a special technical specification for their material handling and operations.• Maintaining Key Accounts Customer, Existing customer, and generating a new customer database.• Updating the status in SAP, customer’s data, clients visit and to analyze the pipeline of clients list.• A key Performance indicator is used to measure my individual potential every month which includes my target, Clients visit, etc.

• Creating and processing the Direct Debit/Direct Credit proposal for overdue / Collectible invoices.• Creation of Weekly & Monthly Credit Limit Overrun proposals.• Run and release the proposals upon confirmation from the Audit team.• Daily postings and allocations for payment received from Dealers • Sending the Remittance advices to DD/DC proposals.• Preparing Statement Of Accounts (SOA) weekly report for employees sales• Regular follow-ups for missing account details for daily incoming & outgoing payments & resolving the same.• Identifying the unallocated cash items and get updates from the Business Unit or with the dealers to clear the items.• Performing rejection analysis of DD/DC rejected proposals for each dealer involved for Europe region • Offset the open items and clear the CIT accounts well before the month end closing.• Updating KPI (key processing indicator) & Close Management system (CMS) control tool on a monthly basis.• Performing Forecast for Globalization & monthly proposals and discussing about the issues during the Operations Review Management (ORM) Monthly call and resolving the same.• Passing JV’s for the payments made in SAP on weekly basis for gain or loss• Handling all the special requests for transfer of accounts and support AP team in a timely manner.• Managing inter-company transfer requests and also resolves all the queries received from the dealers.• Extracting account statements from SAP and sending to the Dealers on a monthly basis.• Weekly creating analysis files for overdue invoices in order to block in the AP proposal.
