Jio Cinema End-to-End Ads Validation Testing:• Ad Rendering Testing: Ensure that ads are displayed properly across devices (e.g., mobile, tablet, smart TV, HTMLTV) and platforms (iOS, Android, Web).• Ad Format Testing: Validate various ads formats such as Image/video Masthead, Prepolls ads, Midrolls ads, video companion ads, frame ads, fence ads and interactive ads (e.g., click-throughs).• Playback Issues: Verify that ads play without buffering, freezing, or glitches and test skipping and pausing functionalities.• Tracking & Analytics: Check if ad impressions, clicks, and other relevant metrics are being tracked and recorded accurately.• Ad Frequency Cap Testing: Validate that the frequency cap (number of times an ad can be shown to the same user) is working as expected.• Compliance Testing: Ensure that ads comply with OTT platform policies, including content regulations and ad length restrictions.• Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing: Test ad behavior across various browsers, operating systems, and OTT devices.Jio Cinema End-to-End Subscription Testing:• Subscription Flow Validation: Test end-to-end subscription processes, including sign-up, plan selection, and payment gateway integration (e.g., credit card, Debit card, UPI payment).• Plan Variants: Validate various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, annual) and confirm that the correct access and restrictions apply for each.• Renewals and Cancellations: Test auto-renewal features and validate cancellation workflows ensuring users can easily unsubscribe or change plans.• Payment Gateway Testing: Verify that all payment methods (e.g., credit card, Debit card, Upi payment) are functioning correctly, including failure scenarios (insufficient funds, invalid card).• Notifications and Alerts: Ensure that users receive accurate and timely notifications for payment success, failures, and subscription renewals.• Promo Code Testing: Test promo codes for discounts or offers.

Testing Entire Payment flow such as (UPI transaction, payment gateway Razor pay,), self-service admissions for user acquisition, Apps testing for both Android and iOS, CRM for agents using, Booking page for agent and customer-facing, login, student dashboard, blogs, scheduler (batch, trail slot, master calendar, and many more). Before the product is released entire performance testing, and load testing need to be done by JMeter.I am the only QA Engineer for the whole product, which focuses on self-admission for student onboarding at Kafqa from beginning to end.
