• I have this strong urge to work in the social sector & contribute to mass level community projects concerned with environment, empowerment, Health, poverty eradication, education, sanitation & hygiene etc as a way of lasting personal satisfaction. This is apart from my interest in developing Human Resource potential in all sectors through HR interventions of Training, skill enhancement& others. • I have left my job in a public sector bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB) as Senior Manager HR by exercising a VRS option in May 2011 so that I am free to contribute in more tangible ways to society.• Overall I am interested in any kind of development activity which adds value to society. I therefor network with a number of Ngo's namely Help Life, Dignity Foundation, Connecting NGo, Jagriti school for the blind, Doorstep school & others , to add value to their cause. I also am passionate about the field of my discipline ie HR & in Feb 2016 was a panelist for conducting the GD PI process for selection of MBA batch 2016-2018 at SIMS Kirkee Pune. Presided as Judge for Inter college Hr competition titled Barcode 2015 conducted by SIMS Pune in Sept 2015.

  1. Career of 26 years in HRD in Punjab National Bank (PNB) –a public sector service organization. At PNB handled the entire gamut of HR activities from Recruitment to Retirement at various administrative hierarchy levels ie Corporate / Zonal / Circle /Regional levels. I also organized training sessions on motivation, training on soft skills for work staff etc. 2. I personally took training sessions at in house training Institutes on “Reducing subjectivity in Performance Appraisals systems, HRD for employees, MDP program for Women Executives to balance work life with home front. 3 On my own initiative , wrote various articales on Hr systems in banks which were published in Inhouse journals & were appreciated by cross section of banking fraternity.
