Lease & Contract ManagementOversee lease agreements, including renewal negotiations and contract compliance.Manage facility-related contracts, ensuring terms are met and costs are controlled.4. Budgeting & Financial OversightDevelop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance, upgrades, and operational costs.Monitor expenditures, track savings opportunities, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.5. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance (EHS)Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.6.
