During my formative years at JM, I was responsible for designing and testing of Automotive Catalysts manufacturing lines and identified a new opportunity for automation in Catalyst handling during manufacturing. I was placed to manage the factory shift operations and was appointed as mentor on the Process Engineer mentoring and leadership program.I helped to grow the capacity from 2 million to 8 million catalysts output through process optimization and operational efficiencies.

I researched and implemented new operational controls opportunities and identified new lines of business for pipeline gas.
