Responsible for maintaining complete records of all the production reports on daily /monthly basis.• Effective involvement in trouble shooting at the time of major/minor problems.• Responsible to maintain/check weight parameters of all running product ranges in the plant.• Responsible for effective deployment of manpower.• Responsible to reduce machine breakdowns.• Communicate to your superiors all the time whatever the problems you are facing in the section.• Achieve the target production as per given standards.• Control defectives biscuits defectives generation within given standards and laminatewastage in given standards. Finally, handover the shift in good condition no left overdough, no back log left, no defectives packets left, no semi-finished left and plant in good hygienic condition.• Plan any change over for packing machine

 Plan for today and next day of production in advance. Supervise production and packing activities. The daily production should be planned in such a manner that all the products for dues is packed and placed in the outer cartoons for final sales.  Issuing of stock updating on daily basis. Preparation of daily and various types of reports on daily basis and reporting to HOD.  Issuing the quality of incoming material as per their criteria and quality inspecting standard.

Correctness of coding overprinting. ▪ Storage taste to check pack performance and products shelf life. ▪ Recording the incidences of broken biscuits with in pack . ▪ Organoleptio checks tasting tests on biscuits texture and flavor. ▪ Metal detection facilities review of finds from the the automatic machines. ▪Procedures for loading of trucks and damage during distribution ▪ Storage conditions and stock rotation at depots. • External Lab Analysis of Finished Good and Water Samples • Calibration of all Instrument of Lab and Maintain the Document As Per Schedule • Define Lay down Guidelines of Pest Control Check and Report
