Equity Prospectus ReviewRole and Responsibilities: Reviewing the fund prospectus/ partnership agreement (which are Fixed income securities, private equity funds, Limited Partnership agreements and Mutual funds) to capture 38 fields required for BASEL III regulatory reporting. Analysing and calculating the RWA of funds on the basis of its investment. Comparison and Reconciliation of client data with eClerx data Ascertaining the nature of investments in High Income OECD and Non High Income OECD countries. Identifying the hedging strategies mentioned while reviewing the prospectus. Regulatory reporters owns the Global accounting reporting which helps to prepares Form 10-K and Form 10-Q We currently deal with 8 Business Unit of the clients among which few are Asset Management, Fixed income Securities, and Deferred compensation Plan etc. In terms of fixed income prospectus which we receive, it mainly focuses on observing fields related to corporate debt, government bonds, and public sector entities of high and non-high income countries Credit Support Annex reviewRole and Responsibilities: Went to Mumbai for 4 months for deputation in CSA review. CSA is a process where collateral is posted or transferred between swap counterparties to mitigate the credit risk.  Analysis of contracts which regulates credit support (collateral) for derivative transaction for our client. Reviewing the Collateral posted, Settlement and transfer of collateral, Threshold and Margin terms, Re-hypothecation terms agreed by client and counter parties Good experience in working on various ISDA Master Agreement (MA) and Credit Support Annex (CSA) documents and Clauses
