• Inspection of all Trims based on the standards required by the customers and issuing material for Production.• Receiving color standards, Approval samples and Test reports before the arrival of Bulk material.• Updating of Quality Issues to supplier and improving the quality of material in following Shipments.• Raising rejection and Shortage/excess report of the materials to the monitoring team.• Responsible to first piece and last piece approval in line inspection.• Quality checking of finished Garments as per the required parameters.• Resolving the issues in Production and maintaining zero downtime due to Quality of Material in the Production.• QC clearance for all inspected material.• Conducting the in-process inspection for the same.• Conducting Product Audit, Process Audit to reduce non-compliances & achieve customer satisfaction.• Responsible for Final Inspection Stage and also conducting inspection.
