Joined Bharti Airtel Limited in August 2007 in the capacity of Head – Human Resources to lead the HR Function of Enterprise Services – Carriers BU with the key challenges to enhance the Employee Experience, Employee Engagement as well as Organizational Productivity, and to set up the HR Processes for Overseas Employees. Managed & led the entire gamut of HR Operations for a sales & technical workforce of 2000 pan India.Advanced to the enlarged role of providing Strategic HR Leadership to a Group Company – Beetel Teletech Limited with the key challenge to transform the organization to Sales & Distribution Power House, and drive a process of change & transition in the organization design, people processes & work ethos /culture. The role is designed to partner very closely with Business Verticals & enabling to drive Revenue & Market Share through well designed Reward Program, Feet on Street Engagement Program, continuous Sales Competency Building Program etc.Beetel is an organization that is in the business of selling & distributing telecom / technology products like Beetel Landline Phones, Modems, DTH Boxes, Smart Phones, Board Room Products, and Network Products etc. All these own brand & distribution product are sold & serviced by well structured sales vertical & competent sales force with Pan India Presence.

Worked in the capacity of Head – Human Resources with the challenges to create strategic HR focus for India & South Asia operations in line with Kuoni global practices, bringing in cultural change & managing the shift, reviewing & redefining organization design & structure to facilitate organizational growth, and realign the HR systems & processes to Kuoni International benchmark.
