• Leading a safety team as a Site HSE Head.• Imparting training on safety policies, procedures. • Managing occupational safety & health of employees to develop HSE plan• Attending the Weekly HSE Meeting with the client and consultant• EHS Monitoring on Erection of Electrical Panels, Transformers, Switch Boards, cable tray erection ,earth pit construction, cable laying, light fitting ,substation control room ,shut down job at site• Fulfilling all statutory requirements for third party inspection, testing & certification of lifting tools, tackles etc.• Organizing the activities for celebrations of The National Safety Day at site, Safety Month celebration, Environment day celebration etc.• Advising employers / employees on safe & healthy work practices • Responsible for joint site inspection with execution team to prepare work permit, HIRA, safe working procedure..• Conducting internal audits, mock drill, fire drill and site EHS committee meeting on monthly basis• Accountable for providing First Aid Kit by delivering First Aid to workmen who have suffered minor injuries during the course of work at site and admitting the injured workmen to the nearby hospital• Introducing safety management systems both within the organization as well as at contract manufacturing sites; enabling them to comply with EHS requirements • Maintaining a record of safe man-hour & loss time injuries if any, Daily, Weekly & Monthly HSE Reports and HIRA & Risk Assessment of any activities before starting of any new job.• Inspecting machinery, equipment, workplaces, personal protective equipment(PPE), to protect head, feet, hearing protection, dust pollution protection and ensuring PPE provided are being used correctly• Conducting the safety Tool Box/pep talk and maintain its record
