As a Project Manager overseeing the successful completion of a 450 crore Utilities and Water System project for a Cold Rolling, which comprised 11 complex units, my role was integral in delivering a project of this magnitude from concept to commissioning. In the currently role I am working as Project Manager for CRM BOP project.Apart from my core knowledge in core electrical, I got an opertunity to work on state of the art technology at Cold Rolling Mill Project. Have single handedly drive the complete Utilities and Water system of entire Cold Rolling Mill starting from engineering, procurement ,Project management and construction.Installed and commissioned 12000ltrs/hr Acid regeneration plant which is the largest capacity of plant in India and it is one of the critical plant of any CRM in terms of cost recovery in production.Installed and Commissioned 28000NM3/hr Coke Oven Gas De sulphurization and 631 H2 generation plant.1. There are 11 small and large process packages , which I have been executing for the upcoming CRM project2. Responsible for the entire jobs of 11 packages starting from D&E to handing over the plants to operation including civil, Mechanical, Electrical and I&C Following are the jobs /deliverables/ experience in the current role:1. Concept note preparation of various project2. Process package finalization3. Technical evaluation of packages4. Ordering of process packages5. Coordination with technology suppliers for completion of deliverables.6. Ordering of more than 200 brought out packages (mechanical, Electrical, I&C) for entire CRM BOP7. Leading a team to achieve set of goals8. Ensures the right resources are available and productively utilized.9.Ensures all conflicts and disputes inside the team are resolved early and effectively10. Ensure coordination between all the stockholders and various departments.

In this current role executed /experienced the followings ,1. Lead the Installation ,testing and commissioning of 400/220 KV Bulk Power Receiving Station .2. Lead the electrical and HVAC job of the TSK Center (largest/modern office building of plant).3. Lead the installation , testing and commissioning of 220 kV and 400 kV EHV cable and termination system.4. Inspection, testing and commissioning of 315 MVA transformers5. Testing and relay coordination of of 400 kV system.6. Lead the basic engineering of power distribution system of entire Phase II project of Tata Steel Kalinganagar (TSK).7. Lead the design and procurement engineering of 400 kV cable rerouting and new 400 kV Gantry of TSK.8. Lead the design and engineering design of construction power substations with optimization of equipments. It has been designed to cater the power requirement of future projects9. Have the experience in costing of large electrical system.10. Liasoning with OPTCL and NESCO for commissioning of 400 kV system11. Testing of out door electrical equipment of grid substation12. Installation testing and commissioning of HVWS and fire protection equipment of power transformers.

In The current role executed the followings:1. Installation of 33 KV and 132 KV as insulated switchgears including local control panel and remote control panels.2. Installation of Air insulated switchgears (AIS) starting from 230 V to 6.6 kV.3. Got the experience and in-depth knowledge on control wiring of LT,HV & EHV systems.4. Installation of power transformers 20/25 MVA ,100 MVA 200 MVA at 220 KV .5. Installation of complete substations including modular cable tray work,LV,HV and EHV cable laying, panels, AHU systems etc.6. Inspection of of power transformers, GIS and LV and HV AIS7. Testing of numerical relays.8. Relay coordination setting 9. Pre commissioning and commissioning checks10. PSSR of all the PDS substations of plant before charging of equipments.11. Statutory approvals of substations 12. Have acquired the experience of setting up of the substation Automation System (SAS)

Learn how to start a green field project , Initial requirements, setting up construction power network , assessment of power requirement of such a big greenfield project , how to have a better coordination with all groups, how to manage people.2. Got opportunity to learn liasoning with statutory bodies and local electricity authorities.3. Executed the complete HM light infrastructure to illuminate such a big area of of a large green field project in difficult conditions.4. Learn electrical drawings including SLD,GIS,LV/HV switchgear , control circuit etc.5. Have the experience of setting of office electrical infrastructure in such a large greenfield project.6. Have the experience of O/H power infrastructure up to 33 kV in the current role.7. Prepared the Annual rate contract for electrical supply as well as execution jobs.8.
