 Sourcing profiles through job portals, existing databases, references based on Job description. Conduct talent mapping and research for Niche Skill profiles. Understand the requirement from the Hiring Managers and accordingly identify potential candidates. Handling preliminary screening of candidate in order to understand the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills and making them understand job role. Proactively generate candidate pipeline through a range of sourcing channels for all open requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost-efficient sourcing methods available. Build robust & diverse pipelines of candidates using channels such as LinkedIn and Naukri.com. Craft engaging communications to outreach active & passive job seekers. Able to work with little supervision; proved to act at both strategic & tactical levels in a fastpaced. Actively participate in Talent Acquisition projects of varying complexity, importance andpriority. Scheduling Interviews and also Coordination during Walk-ins & Interview drives. Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview. Demonstrated strengths in collaboration and working successfully with team members. Maintain records for all Profile submissions according to the skill set, feedbacks, status and selects.If you want to reach me, hit me up or just email me : sumanthbd10@gmail.com
