• A PMP with 25 years of experience as a Project Management Expert in the construction industry• Successfully handled more than 80 projects and was instrumental in the development of 3.371 Million Sqm, built-up construction area of 0.705 Million Sqm with a total project value of 712 Million $• Worked as a core team member in the multinational firm Semac Consultants for 9 years which has a presence in 8 countries and is a leader in Architectural, MEP Engineering, HVAC and Project Management Consulting • Executed construction of diverse construction sectors i.e. Automobile, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas related projects, water treatment and desalination projects. • Headed the projects and was in charge of EPC industrial projects. Engaged and guided the multi-disciplinary teams and project Engineers of 4-10 to deliver the result in line with the project specifications. • Developed master schedules, and planning for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, and cash flow projections/budgets and conducted periodic monitoring• Coordinated with Architects and Designers & External Consultants and Contractors.
