Senior Customer Succees Manager
CurrentSupport the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engagement with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical experts to ensure high-quality solution delivery and maintain system health, collaborating closely with other leaders on the account team.Adopts the organizational and customer success strategy and ensures the alignment of technology and services with the customer goals and objectives.Track usage of services, work with customers to identify areas where usage could be improved and takes action to drive usage.
