Senior Technical Buyer
Current• Assist Senior Project Manager to Manage project to fulfill target according schedule • Lead the project for production process improvement• Liaise with each clients and supplier to fulfill project target.• Liaise with third party, to ensure the project can run smoothly. Including NDT examination method and standard code reference.• To ensure project team is able to reach the target as per schedule• Planning, performing and measuring Total productivity activity, to reduce unnecessary operational cost.• Conduct internal and external meeting to achieve project target.• Coordinate with other dept./division to have full support.• Performing Planning and measuring project activity, to reduce unnecessary operational cost.• Monitoring and controlling Progress vs. Plan ( curve – S ) • Review the MPS and ITP submitted base on Clients specification and standard code reference.• Ensure PQR and WPQR made base on approve MPS and ITP.• Ensure material buying according to client’s specification.• Ensure Destructive and non destructive test were done according to approve MPS and ITP.• Initiate Technical Query, while any abnormality during processes.• Ensure NCR issued by client has been replied properly.• Review necessary documentations for project bid.
