The role is to ensure that all technical tasks in relation to the operation of a vessel are performed in accordance with the company’s procedures.In charge of a vessel or fleet of vessels and is involved with tasks such as post fixture, bunker intakes, crew management, stevedore arrangement, and agency appointments. Manange KPI for : Agency Response time, Vessel Departure target, Stevedoring target.

Build good communication with Government Agencies in the port, supplier and stevedore ensure smooth vessel operation to minimize port stay.Deliver KPI for : Vessel Departure, Bunker Response time, Certificate arrangment target and Crew Change target

Do customs clearance inclusive quarantine, terminal, container depot both export and import. Arrange special cargo clearance eg. red line, embassy cargo, machine product, redress document in Jakarta and Surabaya Port and Air Port.Manage KPI for : Delivery cargoes to Customer, Customs Clearance and Delivery Order arrangement target.
