Oversee the day-to-day operations management, resources, facilities, and technical operations of terminal. Responsible for leading the team to achieve productivity targets and operational efficiency. Develop and drive operational strategies, provide leadership to the team, ensuring a safe, and cost-effective operations of BNCT. Have delivered highest VR 198 boxes/hour in productivity record on PORTO GERMENO V340S.

General Manager for port of Anggrek Gorontalo Internasional Terminal in Gorontalo, provide leadership to run port business including operation, finance, human resources, IT and commercial side. Managing including but not limited to government, lender (BANK), independent supervisory commission (KPI), government project manager, port authorities, contactor, vendor & supplier, society, shipping and logistic association. Collaboration with internal project manager, finance, holding and share holder to delivery project target as agreed with government (PPP).Port of Anggrek is the first Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) project for port in Indonesia with total investment IDR 1.4 trillion operated by PT. AGIT. Will be supported by Special Economic Zone as hinterland with 201,000 of employment for agriculture & plantation, fishery, food & beverage and pharmacy industry.

Entrusted to assist Terminal Manager in leading planning team. Have to success to deliver KPI in term of Berthing Occupation Ratio, Gross Crane Rate, Vessel Rate, Gross Berth Productivity, Yard Occupation Ratio and deliver terminal services without failure to Customers.

Assist Terminal Planning Manager on work shift in leading Berth, Stowage and Yard Planning department to ensure berth allocation, stowage and yard plan are properly arranged to support smooth ship operations. Delivery KPI for : Berthing Alocation, Yard Shufling Ratio, Response Time , Commence Ops Vessel, Loading Commence Target and Maximize Yard Utilities.

Assist Operation Manager in leading of implementation and training Port Community System (PCS) to port stake holders and operators. The task includes conference, workshop, change management, training, community engagement, and development. The main purpose of the project is to upgrade Indonesian logistic performance by maximizing Information Technology (IT) for logistic business. Deliver KPI for SLA response time, User Target, Training Target and System Implementation Target.

The role is to ensure that all technical tasks in relation to the operation of a vessel are performed in accordance with the company’s procedures.In charge of a vessel or fleet of vessels and is involved with tasks such as post fixture, bunker intakes, crew management, stevedore arrangement, and agency appointments. Manange KPI for : Agency Response time, Vessel Departure target, Stevedoring target.

Handling and responsible in multiple roles for vessel operation covers in the vessel berthing, ships husbandary, vessel docking arrangement, crew change and bunker operation. Build good communication with Government Agencies in the port, supplier and stevedore ensure smooth vessel operation to minimize port stay.Deliver KPI for : Vessel Departure, Bunker Response time, Certificate arrangment target and Crew Change target

Do customs clearance inclusive quarantine, terminal, container depot both export and import. Arrange special cargo clearance eg. red line, embassy cargo, machine product, redress document in Jakarta and Surabaya Port and Air Port.Manage KPI for : Delivery cargoes to Customer, Customs Clearance and Delivery Order arrangement target.
