Strategic leadership of the People Operations (HR) team, managing the planning, adjustment and executionof the following processes:- Leadership development and succession planning;- Recruitment and selection;- Onboarding and offboarding of employees;- Performance management (performance evaluation, 1:1 meetings; development plans, feedback,9Box matrix, etc.);- Training and development processes;- Internal communication, internal marketing and employer Branding;- Climate, culture and engagement management (surveys, diagnoses, action plans);- Management of organizational climate certifications, such as the “Great Place To Work (GPTW);- Management of crisis and compliance;- Creation and management of compensation policy and job architecture;- Leaders guidance of labor legislation;- Definition and control of OKR, indicators and KPI in HR;- HR Report to the company's board of directors.
