An enthusiastic professional with a good experience in Test program development for structural tests including ATPG/TDF for SoC in ATE testing. Interactions with the cross functional team for program development to deployment to production.Responsible for bring-up of ATE test flow, specs and validation of vectors. Ensuring Test coverage meets quality requirements and having good understanding of ATPG concepts including SAF, TDF, PDF, LRET, COLLAPSE, AON and latest debug techniques for production fallout pattern debug and analysis. Track the modifications and updates in the test programs via GIT.
