Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, whenever required, for timely submission and follow-up.● Respond to inquiries about academic programs and the admissions process to students/parents via phone, e-mail, and chat.● Review application files to ensure compliance with admission policies.● Advise students in resolving their queries and other problems that may arise in the application.● Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.

● Ensure complete Admission application documentation including all the Education background related papers.● Ensure appropriate systems and procedures, coordinate activities involved in the establishment and maintenance of student records for Admission purpose, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to the standards laid down by the partner institution abroad.● Take corrective measures for Admission rejections / refusals and get success in the subsequent submission.● Request for Extension Letters of deferred admissions for next intake, from the partner-institute abroad and inform the VISA filing department for intimation to High Commission.
