I have taken over 20 years’ operator experience working for Fortune 100 (Amazon, Intel and Hewlett-Packard) to now build my startup – Ladle Cooking, an AI driven personal sous chef for cooks, at all levels, everywhere.I have created ecosystems of strategic partnerships and customer engagements that build exponential growth and scale for emerging, disruptive AI, IoT, Smart Home solutions worldwide. My focus is on transformational selling, strategic partnerships and go-to-market practices that allow organizations to take centralized solutions but scale them for local success. I am also taking my knowledge and experience to help startups scale solutions that improve people’s lives in both first and third world countries.I have had the pleasure of developing, inspiring and leading high performance teams worldwide, focusing on both the growth and development of the individual and what she/he can bring to the organization.
