As part of this I developed a website that aided signposting and effective partnership working across the region with the support of all 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities. I am also proud to say I delivered training to more than 1500 staff across over 400 organisations on the prototype and the underpinning skills and knowledge towards the NVQ Level 2 in Information and Advice (which some went on to achieve in full) This was always received well and was a shame it came to an end Show less

Working within Jobcentre Plus and community venues in some of the most deprived areas of Greater Manchester one day and the most salubrious the next.My clients ranged from company directors to those who'd never worked and seeing the achievements they made, made every day worth while.

I coordinated various services including welfare, careers and counselling.My most proud moment was when one of our students was the first person in her family to go to university even after having a last minute wobble.
