About Sumaya Ayad
Education is a lifelong endeavor, yet majority of our lives are spent outside the classroom. As an avid museum goer and consequential art historian, I have found some of the most enriching lessons come from art museums. Through institutions such as these, I hope to share my knowledge and more importantly, connect with patrons through the human experience of museum visitation. Over the years, I have worked to diversify my portfolio and spend time in as many areas of the museum world as possible. From registration, preparation, development and education, the common goal I have found throughout is exceptional visitor experience. I aim to connect with and meet the needs of visitors in all the work I do.
