In the past 10 years I have spent time in various industries from e-commerce to tech to real estate based companies. Using my entrepreneurial spirit to gain experience I started an online clothing company in 2011 selling vintage denim. By utilizing the early benefits of social media to market to a larger audience we gained clients in several states and then grew to sell worldwide. Quickly learning about the intricate steps needed to successfully run a product based e-commerce company. When the decision to attend college or continue the fashion journey I put the company on pause to pursue my BA in Business Management and Communications. During my studies I worked in the hospitality industry and focused on concierge based projects to help clients with their tasks and workflow. As graduation came to the forefront of my mind I started an internship with an EHR software company that specializes in drug and mental health facilities. Starting off with Business Development helping the company with their streamlining projects and organizing their sales lists and shortly into the internship moving into the customer success team. With the customer success team I focused on streamlining their several platforms to use one main CRM for their operations. Focused on training the employees on utilizing their HubSpot account based on their job functions. While maintaining the company CRM and keeping their online data organized I became HIPPA Certified to input patient data into the portal for the new clients that onboarded. Creating intake forms and other custom forms using form io data management. Worked with the company until graduation.Once I received my degree, I followed into the creative passion in interior design and started as an office manager at a home staging and moving company. Keeping the day to date office maintained and after a few months switching to operations. During my time as Operations Director I used my previous experience to streamline their operations. Focusing on cutting costs and improving p&l using day to day and big picture operational efficiency. Spend two years with the company and post COVID had the thought to venture off and focus on consulting and working with more companies that had fragmented systems. I am extremely hard working and ambitious and have worked with several mid size companies helping not only with CRM functionality but also website design and management. I believe in transparent communication and expectations to create a successful partnership with my clients.
