Department: Global Resources Mobilisation and Partnerships, Strategic Partnership Arrangements (SPA) unit. The Strategic Partnerships unit oversees the management of the long-term tripartite Strategic Partnership Arrangement (SPA) between BRAC, the Government of Australia and the Government of Canada from 2021-2025. The unit is responsible for the day-to-day management of the strategic grant which includes regular qualitative-quantitative reporting on partner priority areas and working with internal teams to realise mutual development goals. The unit is also responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering proactive strategic donor partnerships across one BRAC.My Responsibilities:*Support the SPA unit on strategic initiatives *Arrange meetings and workshops* Prepare meeting minutes and strategic documents* Write briefing notes, case studies and visit briefs, etc* Prepare tools and templates for data collection, tracking and reporting* Gather and synthesise/analyse data/learning and knowledge from the programmes and departments across BRAC*Manage all administrative and logistical support of the Strategic Partnerships team.
