In 2023, I am getting responsibility to lead IT and Operations team to reach company's goal. Operations team main focus is to register and distribute the securities on time through KSEI. IT main focus is to provide reliable platform for users to use, either investors or investees. I am handling the team planning, decide the priorities and review the tasks from both teams.

Fundex.id is securities crowdfunding platform that help startup or small medium enterprise to get fundraising. As product manager, my responsibility is to lead product team to achieve product market fit by doing market research.In 2020, I helped FundEx to get ISO 27001 certification by checking system to comply with information security standard and preparing all documents needed.In 2021, our team successfully get OJK licensed for Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) platform. I have responsibilities to lead my team to meet OJK's requirements in term of product (web). In the Q4, we have published and funded one bond in our platform.In 2022, our team successfully launch mobile application in Google Playstore and Apple Appstore. We adjust KYC process so it become faster for investor to complete. We also launch our new product named Wakafestasi (wakaf and investasi) which is implementation of blended finance, combination of commercial finance and social finance. Investor can create transaction for wakaf and investment in one attempt. Our team finalize flow for investor and nazhir whose in charge to manage the wakaf fund that comply with regulation.

Analyze client needs and deliver the requirements to developer team. Check the system output and review if the feature developed can be release to production site. In 2021, I've been a scrum master for 2 projects and analyst of ERP system for people development organization.In 2022, I managed 3 projects parallel in fintech, retail and service industry as a scrum master. I prepared all the scrum report and the timeline for 2 of 3 projects to deliver to client and meet their target.In 2023, I focused on ERPNext project that mainly covered accounting, human resource, buying, and sales modules. I analyze client need and provide the with solutions in ERPNext. I also trained them to get familiar with the system.

Managing company's cashflow by making forecast of cost and revenue and also supervise the invoicing to the client. I also have responsibility to deliver voices of employees to the company and ensure the employee rights are delivered

Work closely with development team to ensure that the release product is less of bugs, manage tasks using Trello, and manage database.

Then, responsible to grade team works and deliverable, such as project plan, system design document, testing document, etc.
