PROJECT SCOPEIntegration of the HR functionalities across 28 countries using SAP HR module. The integration included sending the master data information to the payroll vendors like ADP, Lawson using encrypted method of communication.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRequirements gathering : Closely interact with business/users to understand the requirements Formulating the Interfacing blueprint for the payroll and HR master data.Designing the Functional and Technical Specification for interfacing ADP payroll system and Lawson ERP system.Defining the interfacing landscape for the client including System Landscape Directory settings.Customized development of adapter module for PGP encryption using Enterprise Java Beans.Defining the SAP and PI requirements for integration using proxy method.SAP Data Migration activities including data validation, data upload and data mapping using BDCs and LSMW scripts.Review of interfaces and support for testing including Integration testing and User Acceptance testing.Defect Prevention Anchor, for UAT to ensure a smooth TestingGo Live support activities and bubble support.

PROJECT SCOPEProcess fitness' Marketing and supply release is one of the worlds biggest SAP implementation. The scope of XI includes integration of the different BP OIL Terminals and other systems to SAP using XI. There are around 300 systems which are integrated using XI.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the technical and functional design of 80 interfaces, integrating the SAP R/3 systems with BP Oil Terminals and other legacy systems coming under the following process areas :Fuels, Lubes, Customer Facing, Sales, Procure to PayInvolved as SAP PI consultant throughout the implementation cycle including blueprinting, design, build, testing and production.Participate in the estimation of work product to facilitate right information to TL/PM for overall project estimationParticipate in handling customers as onsite coordinator to provide right level of information to the customer and the PM and to undertake onsite specific activities of the project to ensure successful delivery of the project.Configuration Control activities to maintain quality processes.Mentor new resources into the project
