As a System Administrator, I am responsible for managing and maintaining CMsystems and infrastructure - Construct and set up virtual machines (VMs) according to the standardized guidelines, ensuring the required access levels to the in-scope applications & tools/softwares have been provisioned. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement disaster recovery mechanisms and measures to safeguard the automations from any uncertain outages or downtime. - Monitor & maintain VMs running multiple automations throughout the day, ensuring successful processing and high straight-through processing (STP) outcomes. - Debug code and resolve issues related to account accesses, input and output case files, queue reports, and VM connectivity, to ensure the successful delivery of expected outcomes into the actual production environment. - Perform manual & integration testing and collaborate with the developers to mitigate the bugs, ensure the implementation of code fixes & then to deploy and reiterate.
