- Manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business both at vendor level as well as retailer level in order to establish and continue being the preferred supplier. - Coordinating Product Development process by liaising with the Retailer/ Brands, Buying Offices, Vendors, Front end Marketing Teams and the Design and R&D teams to offer new designs and innovative products that are the fundamental promises of the Prym Brand. - Presenting New Products and Concepts that are time right and price right for each brand. - Quoting prices based on the product category and retail position. - Managing Bulk Production and Order Follow up to ensure delivery deadlines. - Maximize capacity utilization and profitability by Liaising/ negotiating with vendors to align their manufacturing and delivery plans.- Analyzing past buying patterns and obtaining projections in order to manage seasonal fluctuations.- Preparing annual sales budgets for each retailer.- Effective and Timely debt collection.
