• Acquisition of Corporate Clients.• Identify key contact points/ senior management across HR, Finance, Admin in these corporate and initiate discussions for corporate salary tie-ups.• Create strong visibility for the bank in the corporate premises. Conduct activities/events at Corporate .• Developing and managing a disciplined marketing process by identifying steps/strategies necessary to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects.• Building collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best in client advice & service, develop the business to ensure a seamless experience for the client who has multiple products & services• Handling a team of four people, is responsible for their daily productivity and commitments, guiding them to be accurate in reaching out to corporate clients and streamline the process.

• Planning for & managing Key Account Relationships.• Customized timely solutions to queries, maintaining relations with key clients to generate avenues for additional business.• Handling Product Development and new product launches to widen the product portfolio and generating exceptional sales volume.• Analyzing & reviewing the market response/trend and using those analyses for accomplishment of the business goals.Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products.

• Working as a part of the team accountable for introducing Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brand of tires in the Agriculture, Construction, Industrial, Earthmoving domains in the Indian OEM’s.• Market Research & analysis of the Off Highway Segment in India, namely Agricultural & Construction Equipment Markets • Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering team to identify customer requirements, providing them technically strong solutions on the product and thereby enhancing business growth.• Preparing & customizing product presentation according to the OEM requirement & needs.• Gathering the entire information on machines & equipments which have potential to use tires made by ATG & generating it in form of a database.• Building Brand focus in conjunction with the operational requirement, conducting Market Research & utilizing Market feedback to develop marketing intelligence for positioning our tires to various OEM’s• Participating in Domestic Exhibitions and Trade shows and representing my organization in such events.• Event report, Press Release, capturing & working on leads & in the process preparing a database of customers.• Successfully managing the accounts of the following OEM’s: CNH, ATLAS COPCO, JOHN DEERE, VOLVO, TAFE, JCB, CATERPILLAR, AMMANN APOLLO, and VOLVO EICHER so far.

• Independently & successfully introduced our tires in AMMANN APOLLO, an Original Construction Equipment Manufacturer based in Gujarat • Participated & represented ATG at EXCON in Bangalore where we displayed our tires to our customers.• Conducted an in-depth study on the Indian Tractor Segment.
